Discount Tire

I went to discount tires and got a new tire . When I looked at the tire it was a mess. Look at all the grease and smears on my tire and rim no attempt to wipe it off. This is why they get a one star !! It's a shame I've gone there before and they weren't this messy ...

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Been getting my tires here for years and this last time I got 4 new tires at the Altoona pa location in the middle of March. Less than 8k miles on them they are loud and my car feels like it's bouncing or skipping across the road. When I tell the store manager I'm unhappy with them I got the it's not his problem. So I ask him what can we do to get this taken care of without driving it looking at it nothing he said not our problem it's a problem with your car. So I ask him if they can check them make sure there balance and rotate them he says yes. When I got my car back I'm missing one of my center caps is missing that was there when I took it in (07 Mercedes c280 4 matic. The tires was definitely out of balance because I see there is new weights on them and I guess they decided they didn't want to rotate them because it was Saturday afternoon so they didn't. I truly believe that the tires have been out of balance and that's the cause of my issues because of them being out of balance I believe it caused cupping of my tires and to the point that they can't be saved or fixed. Also I paid for there certificate/insurance and I feel should be covered b

Very impressed. We worked with Jude. He met us in the parking lot. He was very informative and showed us and went over the 3 choices for our vehicle. He fully explained what all was covered in the warranty. The price was very good and our tires were changed in record time. We were probably in the shop a total of 15 to 20 minutes. Like I said very impressed and a satisfied customer!

We came into Discount Tire about 30 minutes before closing because we discovered a screw in our tire while traveling out of town and needed to leave early the next morning. Cory and the technician (Tim I believe) who serviced our vehicle were both incredibly kind, professional, and friendly throughout the entire experience. I know it can be frustrating when customers come in close to closing time, but they never showed any sign of irritation and treated us with excellent customer service from start to finish. The service was quick, efficient, and genuinely appreciated. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

I originally ordered my tires on Feb 23rd with a delivery date (per the website) of ~5 days. I setup my appointment for March 7th fully expecting them to be there as there was plenty of time. Come the 6th I get a phone call saying the tires were still not there and they couldn't do my appointment on the 7th. I was obviously upset as I had to cancel an inspection appointment I had for later that day and it messed up my schedule but I knew it wasn't their fault the other store didn't send them out or something with the shipment got delayed. The tires finally showed up and we got another appointment scheduled. You might be wondering why I am giving them such a high rating when I had to deal with shipping delays and some cancelled appointments. When I did show up for my appointment I was met in the parking lot by a rep who was getting things ready before I was even out of the vehicle. Everyone was friendly and courteous the entire time I was there. The big thing that sealed it for me though was they agreed to refund me the install fees and the tire disposal fees due to the inconvenience. They didn't have to do that (and I'm sure some other shops wouldn't have) but it was very m
